    You're videos are fantastic

  • Some great tips. I'd settle for just having his hair !

  • Great timing…I have just clicked with this action in the last few weeks and stated hitting irons and hybrid much better. I am still struggling with driver though but I think what you say about trying to find that right amount will get me there. I swing far more within myself yet hit ball just as far now. Great videos. Simple and effective. Regards from Stirling, Scotland.

  • John H. Seiler

Adam, are the key elements the same for irons?

  • i had forgotten how smooth fred couples swing is.

  • Victor Hernandez

I gain 30 yards just by looking at this video hahaha….. and then by Saturday I'll lose it at the driving range๐Ÿ˜‚ do a video of finding your swing and keeping it forever. ๐Ÿ˜‚ for those people like me that claim we have old timers at the age of 49. Thanks for all you help.

  • I had cancer a few years ago lost 42 pounds most of it muscle, i relearned the game doing your videos 1 on the range 1 at the green 2 times a week. Iโ€™m now 20lb heavier and nicely settled at a 8 handicap. Thanks Adam your simple but effective lessons are superb, Iโ€™ll be trying this next

Flick the water……Thanks mate, great tips.

  • EdgeMasterrLoL

I figured that for me going with a little less rotation during the downswing, it fixes my slicing tendencies. Thanks for the video!

  • Thanks Adam. Is the release more like punching the ball rather than swinging through the ball?

  • Always love to see when you post a new video. Best golf instruction on YouTube!

Very nice! Im currently working on having loose wrists and arms. I can do the slow shots out to 250 but I want to be able to go full swing but that is when all the demons creep in. I still feel loose but my body becomes out of sync. Any thoughts on that from anyone?

  • Nice vid sir. Even Flow blue shafts! We think the same way!

  • I really understood the dynamic of the swing like never before with this explanation. Bravo sir. Can't wait to head to range.

  • Richard Murphy

    thx man

  • 06:23 and 08:39 Best advice I heard from any YT golf video!

  • Five Minute Genius

Same old stuff! Wastes time all this "people do this and people do that"

  • Grant Peeples

I liked the cup and water drill. Thanks

  • WendelltheSongwriter

I'm 61 years old and I average 290 with a 20 year old v foil driver. How? The Mike Austin swing. Period.

  • Great lesson thanks

  • Kevin C. Bourque

    great tips! Thanks!!

  • Advice that you go wide back and are narrower on the way down is not correct. The width between shoulder and your hands should be maintained and it only appears narrower as the left side moves towards the ball in the first part of the swing moving the hands nearer your centre. This misleading advice needs to be explained better on this video

  • GOOD JOB `

  • I like the way instruct each player to play around, and construct your own swing…I will take this video and do what you say, and practice in small steps, building up to full swing….This might sound strange, but when I visualize in my head, the tips I saw you perform….I can see and feel what your instructing, in my head, weird I guess, but it helps me when I start in person, on a particular swing thought…….Leland

  • 8:02 Look at Fred's hips moving independently from his upper body. He practically decouples!

  • I always thought tiger turmed the upper body more in one unit than other players

I get notified when ever you upload a video and I watch it right away and the next day at the range and practice greens I will practice the techniques you upload and share with everyone.

  • We are not Pro ….we are Ama….

  • Hey Adam, your videos are fantastic. I used to apply muscle power for a 280y drive and had a difficult time with lots of pain for a day or 2. Now using the body swing. Everything perfect.

  • I'm off topic but I was wondering about swallowing the club could I just not take the club up as high? I mean we take it up only to drop it back down.

  • Somebody better let him know that Tiger doesnโ€™t bomb the driver at all

  • โ˜๏ธthanks for posting good tips

  • Great video when I hit a poor shot I've not taken the club away low and slow. You pick the club up and by getting too much arms and hands plus overswing.

  • Do I want my right shoulder higher like this at the top of the back swing? I have been trying to keep my shoulder more level in the back-swing.

  • I need to watch tthis video many times , i can hit the ball a mile with my practice swing, it sounds like a cyclone. When i drive the ball t goes nowhere. Great advice.

  • Spot on Adam!!!! You are a excellent Instructor

  • Robert McCarthy

    Very valuable information. Thank you.

  • Love your drills!

  • Absolutely brilliant video – the content, the presentation, tempo, conciseness… everything. Finally – a golf teacher who respects your time and attention.

  • I've been softened my grip and gained accuracy in the recent play

Reached max distance of 203 metres

Will test the water flicking afterwards. Targeting to gain another 10 meters

    Thanks Adam!

  • Very useful concepts

  • Oliver Jones Golf

    Love love love

  • Emphasise the importance of the mental picture in the golf swing with the axiom……The thought is father to the deed.

  • Fantastic golf instruction. Not too rigid and gives you some simple-feels to incorporate. I'm a 6 hcp. and really appreciate these type of "reminders" and swing thoughts. Thank you!
