I would reach out to anybody
that felt they needed to have something in their life that, you know; sport itself,
being out in the open, learning skills. So it wasn’t just about the cricket, it was
how to run sessions, how to do fitness, how to organise, how to train. All of
those skills are useful in their broader lives I’d say. So it helps promote
resilience, and a little bit of independence for people so yeah, anybody that’s undecided
should really try and get involved with this. The group of us have been
fantastic, we all get on very well, we all have a laugh. It’s like
retraining the brain it is really, and it gives you something
to do outside drink.
