Team outfits, Irishmen make moves & Koepka’s trophy duo
That feeling when you realize it’s the last
PGA TOUR tournament of the season… Ouch. I’m sure you noticed Dufner was also getting
poured on in that clip, as the nation’s winter storm even reached all the way down
to Naples, FL, on Saturday at the QBE Shootout. But it wasn’t enough to keep the birdies
at bay… Shane Lowry & Graeme McDowell shot up the
leaderboard with their 8-under-par score…. The Irishmen and co-leaders were dialed in! It must have been their matching outfits… I wonder if Tony Finau will break out the
pink to match Lexi on Sunday… He should! Thompson brought them home on 18
for their fourth straight birdie to put the duo just 3-strokes back. But the 18-hole leaders weren’t going anywhere. Sean O’Hair with the chip-in birdie on 13… Followed by partner Steve Stricker’s 30-foot
birdie on 14 to give them a share of the lead! Speaking of duos check out this pair of trophies! Looks like Brooks Koepka introduced his U.S.
Open trophy to the World Series trophy this weekend. Let’s see who will take home the final hardware
of 2017. That’s right, the final round of the year
is upon us! You can keep up with all the action on PGA
TOUR social media and I’ll see you Monday for the Good, Bad & Unusual. Tag me in your favorite moments of the week
and you just might see them in the show.
